El autor hace resaltar los puntos originales de la presentación clínica de Kari Hauge : La combinación de una técnica de movilización de la regresión de la joven adolescente como en la cura de un niño, con una técnica de encuentro basada sobre la especificidad de la dimensión adolescente – la formulación de interpretación sobre los contenidos inconcientes y la relación actual entre la paciente y la analista. Esta práctica permite una elaboración de los complejos edípicos infantiles reactualizados por el adolescente lo que facilita una remobilización de los procesos de subjetivación, una vez la necesidad de dependencia reconocida.
Este articulo muestra la especificidad de las patologías actuales de los adolescentes (funcionamientos y procesos primarios sin limites, externalización de conflictos intrapsíquicos, recurso al acto y a la violencia y a la excitación auto calmante ) de un punto de vista de la complejidad del psiquismo susceptible de combinar conflicto pulsional edípico y problemática de lo arcaico. Las modalidades de trabajo analítico son las que deben ser interrogadas. De las hipótesis sobre el encuentro ínter subjetivo durante la sesión así como el de una necesaria superación de la oposición narcisismo/relación de objeto y ello de propone con miras de alcanzar un pensamiento de la alteridad.
In this article it is hypothesized that throughout Marcel Proust’s Remembrance of Things Past we find the traces of a censorship of the emergence of sexuality at puberty. Explicitly evoked in Against Sainte-Beuve, the moment of discovering the newness of puberty reappears afterwards only in a veiled way in Remembrance of Things Past. The work seeks to repair the destructive effects of this censorship and remorse through a specific aesthetic whose libidinal economy is analyzed here (in particular, the fantasy of the “ lesbian-man ”, a certain fetishism, and the permanent metaphorization of castration anxiety). A new regard can then be brought to bear on the well-known Proustian aporias about temporality.
In this article, the author shows how the concept of subjectivation grew out of clinical work on psychotic states in adolescence. These are related to a melancholic core that is sometimes difficult to discern beneath the drive conflicts of puberty. Using a clinical case of adolescent-onset psychosis, the problem of the fundamental relation between psychosis, temporality and melancholy is restated in a way that can account for “ borderline ”-looking symptomotologies, within a post-Freudian theoretical framework and with reference to certain contributions of Green and Racamier.
This paper supports the hypothesis that the process of subjectivation resorts to a firmness of personal or artistic style when the subject is threatened by psychotic attacks, especially during adolescence. Thought and representation are then seen to intensify in the subject, but it is difficult to distinguish between the excess of melancholic consciousness, psychotic anxiety, and a type of sublimation that is fascinated by drive chaos. The paper proposes a second hypothesis regarding, inversely, the usefulness of a kind of solitude and of masochistic compromise with object and reality. A moment of psychotic crisis in an adolescent girl with a neurotic problem is presented in terms of how the quest for the distinctiveness of style curbs her breakdown. The paper then analyzes the theatrical work of the playwright S. Kane in detail; indeed, here we find an example of the paradox of a suicide that follows successful representational mastery. Finally, we discuss Freud’s ideas about masochistic destructiveness and Winnicott’s ideas about the core of the true self as being non-communication.
This article tries to show that the notion of parenthood emerges in the context of an historical evolution where the social bond tends to reproduce itself, beyond traditional kinship systems. This should be brought seriously into the discussion, insofar as the psychoanalytical concept of drive conflict and the centrality of interpreting the transference are in danger of being forgotten. The first part describes the current modes of « culture and its discontents ». Afterwards, we will study some avatars of borderline subjectivation who rationalize themselves within a discourse on parenthood. In conclusion, parenthood and kinship are put into a dialectical relationship by being put into anthropological perspective.
À partir d’un cas de cure psychanalytique de jeune adulte, cet article cherche à cerner les caractéristiques du passage, au-delà de l’adolescence, vers la vie d’adulte. Il s’agit d’une patiente de structure hystérique comportant une dimension psychosomatique et une propension à l’agir. La cure permit le développement après-coup d’un processus d’élaboration du pubertaire jadis empêché. La façon dont la multiplicité des pulsions partielles prégénitales infantiles peut être ressaisie dans une synthèse génitale « polyphonique » est étudiée. La subjectivation adulte se nourrit de la proximité du sexuel infantile, la meilleure façon d’éviter une structuration adulte défensive et inauthentique serait donc de tolérer en soi tout une part d’enfance et d’adolescence.
The author highlights the original axes of Kari Hauge’s clinical presentation: which combines an accommodation of the regression of the adolescent girl as in the treatment of a child with an encountering technique based on the specificity of the adolescent dimension – the formulation of interpretations both of unconscious content and of the actual relation between the patient and the analyst. This practice allows for an elaboration of infantile Oedipus complexes re-actualized by adolescence while facilitating a resumption of the process of subjectivation, once the needs of dependence have been acknowledged.
Dans cet article, l’auteur montre comment le concept de subjectivation est issu de la clinique des états psychotiques à l’adolescence. Ceux-ci sont reliés à un noyau mélancolique parfois difficile à repérer sous le conflit pulsionnel pubertaire. À partir d’un cas clinique d’entrée dans la psychose à l’adolescence, la relation fondamentale entre psychose, temporalité et mélancolie est reproblématisée d’une façon susceptible de rendre compte des symptomatologies d’allure “ cas-limite ” dans une théorisation post-freudienne tenant compte de certains apports de Green et Racamier.
Dans cet article est faite l’hypothèse que l’on trouve dans l’ensemble de À la recherche du temps perdu de Marcel Proust les traces d’une censure portant sur l’émergence de la sexualité pubertaire. Explicitement évoqué dans Contre Sainte-Beuve, le moment de découverte de la nouveauté pubertaire ne réapparaît ensuite que de façon voilée dans La Recherche. De cette censure et de ce remords, l’œuvre cherche à en réparer les effets destructeurs par une esthétique spécifique dont l’économie libidinale est ici analysée (en particulier le fantasme d’“ homme-lesbien ”, un certain fétichisme, et la métaphorisation permanente de l’angoisse de castration). Un regard nouveau peut alors être porté sur les apories proustiennes bien connues concernant la temporalité.
