El abuso sexual dentro de un contexto intrafamiliar el que se ven implicados ciertos autores adolescentes los cuales parecen demostrar una dificultad a discernir lo que es de lo femenino en el objeto maternal. Nuestro propósito trata de centrarse a estudiar específicamente este factor.
El acto corresponde a un “ abandono ” de la protección asegurada al niño de la parte de la imagen maternal y/o las importantes motivaciones de la apropiación del cuerpo o de la psiquis del adolescente a fines de placer u objeto de angustia.
El acto responde a un vacío en el sistema de representación simbólica delimitada por la ley. este vacío concierne la base biológica de la castración en el cual la diferencia de sexos constituye un signo de alerta.

Starting from the clinical experience that some narcissistic pathologies at adolescence stumble against the achievement of a libidinal cathexis due to the love-hate borne by the grandiose and obscene father figure, the author develops the idea of a kind of passional cathexis of the symbolical dimension going beyond the forfeited imago representative in the benefit of a creative, identifying speech aiming at some kind of something beyond the object. Such a cathexis takes the shape of a » love state » with the subject no longer grasping, and the idealization of the other person far beyond any form of satisfaction.

One of the aspects of homosexuality in adolescence turns on the axis of the relation to the grandiose father. This alienating representations blocks the subject in a masochist submission leading to infantile auto-erotism. The newness of the arrival of puberty is thwarted in its oedipal expectations : avoidance of castration, the lessening of the symbolic image of the father in games of phallic seduction of the negative Oedipus complex. We offer the hypothesis of an impulse investment of a « maternel father », taking care of the distress of the adolescent, neglected by the mother, by seducting him.
Claude Savinaud : why do some adolescent sex offenders feel no remorse ?
In our encounters with a certain number of adolescents who commit sexual abuse, we have observed the absence of feelings associated with these acts, while they show no sign of disassociation or deficit. However, this lack or remorse can be considered as a flaw in adolescent subjectivation, resulting from the omnipresence of an archaic superego figure. The primordial maternal imago constituting this figure is neither integrated, nor put into internal conflict, but projected onto the object rendered “ indifferent ” to serve as an outlet for drive excitation. The splitting of the ego is not enough to assure a minimal distinction between “ good and bad object ” and introduces a confusion which results in the criminal act. The emergence of a transferential guilt may be the consequence of restarting the associative process in the treatment.

In this article, the authors reflect on the masochistic dimension of scarification practices. The displayed erogenous masochism reveals a deficiency of the pre-conscious processes in containing the pulsional pressure through the reversal of feminine passivity into self-agressive activity. The identification to a feminine position which connect eroticism with masochism is reduced to practices of incorporation of unfading signs wich themselves indicate the absence of introjection of the object qualities. These behaviours reveal an impossible hysterisation of intrapsychic conflicts, but also indicate chances of overtaking this conflict initiated by the emergence of puberty and their subjectivation.
Claude Savinaud : the “ rock of femininity ” as a stumbling block for adolescent sexuality
Sexual abuse in the family setting of some adolescent authors seems to demonstrate a problem in distinguishing what there is of femininity in the maternal object. Here we try to study this factor specifically :
– The act corresponds to a “ release ” of the protection ensured by the maternal imago and/or a higher bid to appropriate the adolescent’s body or mind as an enjoying or distressing object.
– The act responds to a hole in symbolic ideas defined by the law, this hole concerns the “ biological rock ” of castration, of which sexual difference is a calling signal.

Un des aspects de l’homosexualité d’adolescence se vectorise sur l’axe de la relation au père grandiose. Cette représentation aliénante fige le sujet dans une soumission masochiste conduisant à un auto-érotisme infantile. La nouveauté de l’accession à la puberté s’en trouve déjouée dans ses attendus œdipiens : évitement de la castration, rabattement de la figure symbolique du père dans les jeux de séduction phallique de l’Œdipe négatif. Nous faisons l’hypothèse d’un investissement pulsionnel d’un “ père maternel ” soignant la détresse de l’adolescent, délaissé par la mère, en le séduisant.

À partir de deux cas d’adolescentes automutilatrices, les auteurs s’interrogent sur la dimension masochiste des pratiques de scarification. Le masochisme érogène déployé témoigne de l’insuffisance des processus préconscients pour contenir la pression pulsionnelle, par le retournement de la passivité féminine en activité auto-agressive. L’identification à une position féminine liant l’érotisme et le masochisme est réduite à des pratiques d’incorporation de signes indélébiles qui marquent le défaut d’introjection des qualités de l’objet. Ces conduites montrent une hystérisation « impossible » des conflits intrapsychiques, mais indiquent aussi les possibilités de dépassement de cette conflictualité provoquée par l’émergence pubertaire et leur subjectivation.
Claude Savinaud : l’abus et l’affect
Dans notre rencontre avec un certain nombre d’adolescents auteurs d’abus sexuels, nous constatons l’absence de sentiments associés à ces actes, alors qu’ils ne signent pas la présence de troubles dissociatifs ou carentiels. Par contre, ce défaut de remords peut être considéré comme une faille dans la subjectivation adolescente, consécutive à l’omniprésence d’une figure surmoïque archaïque. L’imago maternelle primordiale qui constitue cette figure n’est ni intégrée, ni intérieurement conflictualisée mais projetée sur l’objet rendu “ indifférent ” pour servir d’exutoire à l’excitation pulsionnelle. Le clivage du Moi ne suffit pas à assurer une distinction minimale entre “ bon et mauvais objet ” et introduit une confusion dont l’acte délictueux est la résultante. L’émergence d’une culpabilité transférentielle pourra être la conséquence de la remise en route du processus associatif dans la cure.
